What an inspirational man. If you haven’t watched this yet, please take some time and watch it today.
We went out to Schenley Park last night and caught the night at the movies provided by the City of Pittsburgh. The movie was unfortunately Daddy Day Camp I’m glad I didn’t know it’s rotten tomatoe rating but it didn’t take long to determine the quality of the movie. I was able to snap some photos with my iPhone, but it’s always tough to get decent images out of that little bad boy. So, I decided to take them into Seashore and see what I could do for my first collage. I’m not overly pleased with the result but I think it’s a good first try. That got me thinking, is the collage the lazy man’s way of saying, none of these photos are very interesting, so I’ll just slap them together and see if together they might create something entirely different.
I still think it’s a bit lazy but it looks decent.
We had a great day up in the Mexican War Streets district. Amazing architecture and great location close to Heinz field and PNC park.

Then we went to the North Shore and had a late lunch at Grille 36, nice outdoor dining not much to speak of about the food.
All and all a great time on the North Shore. I hope to catch a Pirates game up there some time soon. We’re already eyeing the Steelers game we’re going to attend this year.
On a really nice 6 mile stroll with the dog today I stumbled across a golf hole that actually plays over a road. Hilarious.
